Personal data (name, email address, mailing address, payment information) is collected for ticket purchases. Technical processing is handled by kaiko Event & Kommunikation GmbH, Goethestraße 72, 10625 Berlin, on behalf of the event organizer. Kaiko acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. After the event concludes, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention requirements.
During the event, photographs and video recordings will be taken for documentation and public relations purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Participants may object to the publication of such material at any time (datenschutz@vbki.de).

4. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary for the organization and execution of the event. These include, in particular:
– kaiko Event & Kommunikation GmbH (ticket sales)
– contracted service providers (IT/hosting providers)
– payment service providers or financial institutions
In addition, the organizer uses the “guestoo” tool from the German company Code Piraten GmbH, Am Ruhmbach 44, 45149 Essen, for guest management. Personal data is stored by kaiko Event & Kommunikation GmbH and processed in connection with the respective event. Code Piraten GmbH has been contractually bound by kaiko Event & Kommunikation GmbH as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 of the GDPR and processes data exclusively in accordance with instructions. No further disclosure of data takes place unless you have expressly consented or there is a legal obligation to do so.
